Wanted for double murder

The Luxembourguish police has just issued a picture of a suspect who is searched in connection with the double murder that occurred in Luxembourg on the 31st of December 2009.
The man on this photograph is wanted in connection with the 2 murders that occurred in the Hollerich and station areas on Thursday 31st of December 2009.
The man's name is Simon René Dacougna, known as “René”, “Jacky” and “Lucky”. He was born on the 9th of February 1979 in Villeneuve St Georges (France). The man has a gun wound on one the fingers of his right hand.
