After months of uncertainty, Luxembourg's financial sector is beginning to recover.
Luxembourgish banks announced profits after months of uncertainty.
Dexia, registered a net profit of 283 million euros over the same period which represents a 48.6% drop compared to the same time last year.
After registering a loss of 305 million euros during the first 3 months of the year, ING announced a profit of 229 million euros for the second quarter of 2009
