At about 7:40 this morning, two cars collided just before the roundabout between Pétange and Bscharage. For reasons still unknown, a car leaving Rodange lost control and collided a car travelling in the opposite direction.

Of the four people in the 2 cars only one 24 year old male suffered a serious head injury and was rushed to Esch hospital but is not in any serious danger.

The other three occupants escaped with minor cuts and bruises, according to police.

The cause of the crash is still unknown and an investigation is underway.
