Tax evasion: A Luxembourg bank data CD?

The purchase of bank data seems to be all the rage at the moment after Germany has now decided to procure the infamous Swiss CD containing no less than 1,500 suspected tax evaders.

Now, other  such CD's of this type are beginning to emerge. According to  reports, even a Luxembourg bank has offered their services.

According to the magazine Der Spiegel, the State Chancellery of Bavaria could be at the point of acquiring data of tax evaders who have hidden their wealth in a bank in Luxembourg.

About 1000 German customers are concerned in who keep their money only in Luxembourg.

The head of the Bavarian region of Germany, Horst Seehofer has stressed that this would only happen if the data is acquired legally.
