Luxembourg-City police were called to the Rue des Capucins on Friday just after midnight, after a woman was sprayed in her face with pepper spray by an angry car passenger. The driver of the car had stopped to let a group of two men and one woman cross the road. He thought they were walking too slow though, and vented his frustration by honking the horn.

The group told the driver to calm down and the woman approached the passenger side of the car to speak to the driver. At this moment, the passenger rolled down his window and sprayed her in the face with pepper spray.

The car was stopped shortly after and police found three cans of pepper spray in the vehicle.
