Charity organisation Handicap International is warning residents of Luxembourg-City and its surrounding area, that two people pretending to work for the organisation, are currently going from door to door, asking for cash donations. One of the fake collectors acts as if he's physically mute.

Handicap International is stressing , that it never asks for cash donations in public but relies on bank transfers. Help workers for the organisation only ever ask for people's signatures in public.
